    Just received my new colour coded front badge from Skoda tuning UK

    nice one! looks like a perfect match for the grill..

    How hard was it to get the old one off?

    Easy, there is a trick to it. Warm it up with a hot air gun then get some fine fishing line and loop it around and behind the badge and gently cheese cut it through the adhesion pad at the back. Clean up with metho and your ready for the new one. There are a few vids on it: https://youtu.be/tE4oeLHHb_U

    yeah, I've seen those.. I've always worried that the heating up might 'affect' the paint... but looks like you did a great job mate!

    Very low heat, just as hot as it would be sitting in summer sun. Its just to soften the adhesion pad so the fishing line cuts through it.
